Danish Organic Vegan Beef – 90g Burgers (2 pcs.)

A 100% plant-based, organic, and locally crafted burger alternative – made without compromise on taste, texture, or sustainability.

Our Danish Organic Vegan Beef is developed from pure, certified organic vegetables and whole grain oats soaked overnight to deliver a naturally juicy and satisfying texture – without any additives, preservatives, or soy.

Ingredients speak for themselves: White cabbage, oats, carrot, parsnip, onion, salt, and pepper – gently pan-fried in cold-pressed rapeseed oil to create a lightly caramelized surface and a rich umami flavor.

Fully cooked and quickly frozen to lock in freshness and flavor, these burgers are perfect for quick meals with clean, wholesome ingredients.

Liquid Umami broth 

Umami broth is perfect as a flavor enhancer for any dish. Use as a base for soups, stews, sauces and other foods that need umami flavor. Can be used directly without further preparation. Simply add the desired amount to your recipe and new complex flavors in your dishes. It also contributes to an improved texture, making each serving unique and tasty. Free of soy, animal products and added sugar. The flavor can replace: chicken stock, vegetable stock, etc

 

Ingredients: Water, organic broken oats, oat brans and salt. Free of soy, animal products and added sugar.

Rich Umami, Less Salt

Creates a rich umami taste

Each of products contains protease, which has the ability to convert protein into a number of amino acids. This creates a depth of savory flavor that tastes delicious! It also contains amylase, which performs a similar function on starches; this makes carbohydrate-rich foods taste sweeter.​

 

Reduces the amount of salt needed in cooking ​

Our products can be added to any meal as an alternative to salt. If you replace one teaspoon of salt in your recipe with two teaspoons of koji, your food will taste just as salty, but you will only use 10% of the salt.
